Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor weekend staff to ensure optimal performance and service standards
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with exceptional problem-solving
- Execute opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Train new associates on company policies and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive weekend revenue
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
