Responsibilities
- Directly supervise clinical and support staff during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Manage patient flow and coordinate emergency response procedures
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews for weekend team
- Handle staffing assignments and schedule adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and incident documentation
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervisory experience required
- Current RN, LVN, or CNA license in TN or TX
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to cover varying weekend shifts (6AM-10PM)
- Proficient in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Valid driver's license for occasional facility travel
