Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staff scheduling and daily operations
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and oversee weekend supply chain logistics
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Prepare weekend performance reports for management review

Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
