Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Supervise 5-8 team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory reports
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse environment
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
