Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend clinical staff and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge procedures during weekend shifts
- Manage emergency response protocols and critical incident reporting
- Conduct weekend staff briefings and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation systems

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervision experience
- Valid Indiana nursing license (RN or LPN required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
