Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 person weekend retail teams during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Execute daily store operations including inventory counts and merchandising
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving complex inquiries
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor sales targets and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Submit accurate weekly performance reports to store management
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
