Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 weekend team members in warehouse operations
- Oversee inventory counting and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding weekend shipments
- Prepare daily performance reports for management review
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years supervisory or team lead experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic computer proficiency (inventory software)
