Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
