Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify workflow improvements and enhance service quality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and office spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
