Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy against customer purchase orders.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times by adhering to OSHA standards.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in processing returns and damaged goods according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no time off during scheduled shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
