Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label packages for shipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for operations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for travel between Indianapolis and Ohio branches).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
