Job Summary:
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for the safe handling of goods, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment operations during weekend shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely processing of deliveries.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to update inventory records accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not mandatory; training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
