Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments, manage stock levels, and conduct cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent shifts.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and a commitment to safety.
