Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform accurate scanning, sorting, and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain precise stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for the entire team.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and peers to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep warehouse aisles, dock areas, and workstations organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.
