Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries and needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash or digital payments with integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and restocking supplies.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
