Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and scanning orders with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
- Perform inventory counts and audits to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Raleigh facility.
