Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations with a focus on operational excellence and strict safety compliance.
- Manage inventory receiving, packing, and shipping processes efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and update digital records accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure high standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; trade school certification preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean background check are required for employment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
