Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and sales floor to maintain visual standards.
- Assist customers with finding products and answering basic questions.
- Operate standard retail equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe.
- Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Support team members during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the retail industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning items.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia location.
