Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during weekend shifts.
- Manage and process incoming inquiries, orders, and service requests efficiently.
- Ensure the physical facility and workspace are organized, clean, and safe for operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Accurately record daily logs, data entry, and inventory counts.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of logistics shipments when required.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
