Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure product integrity.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times to maintain a secure environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
