Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during designated shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on rotating shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but preferred for some roles).
