Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the storage area.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
