Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight trucks using various material handling equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize warehouse aisles, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills for documenting inventory and communicating with team leads.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
