Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (including Reach Trucks and Order Pickers) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday).
