Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and store products to maintain high inventory accuracy levels.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace policies during every shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible start times.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
