Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workflow issues
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) 6AM-2PM
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid California driver's license a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check
