Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate with team leads.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
