Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with truck loading and unloading operations during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
