Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, store, and ship products accurately.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of inventory orders with high attention to detail and speed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak delivery times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
