Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free zone.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and attendance.
