Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight quickly and accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
