Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using industrial packing equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of packaging machinery and workstations.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
