Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise using handheld scanners and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and within operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Ensure all customer orders are verified for accuracy before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for the core role.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
