Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Fulfill Orders: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and quickly to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols strictly.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the Phoenix location.
