Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of trucks in a timely manner.
- Sort, count, and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Valid driver's license (if driving is part of the role).
