Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack, seal, and label products for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy and meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse storage areas.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire) to move heavy materials safely and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards before leaving the facility.
- Workflow Coordination: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth transition and seamless workflow during shift changes.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of warehouse equipment and work areas to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Schedule: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
