Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders with speed and precision during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekend shift lead and support other team members.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to read work orders.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
