Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely handle freight and packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Check stock levels and organize warehouse shelves to maintain an efficient layout.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select items for orders and prepare them for shipment using packing materials.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all orders meet our high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with floor managers and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age: At least 18 years old.
