Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and care.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
