Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, scan, and organize stock within the warehouse to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from shelves and packaging them securely for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after completing required training.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
