Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Clamp) as required and certified.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety and operational clarity.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
