Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Execute daily stock replenishment and cycle counts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on safety and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory (we train).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible holiday shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
