Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
