Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize inventory to ensure accuracy in our warehouse management system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in compliance with safety protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and proof of ability to show up on time.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic computer terminals.
