Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with safety protocols and time standards.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
