Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards before leaving the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a work environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates for immediate hire.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documents: Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
