Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work early morning shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly; must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English comprehension skills for safety instructions and team communication.
