Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and scanning of inventory orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline daily workflows.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during designated shift hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
