Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to all safety protocols.
- Inspect and verify inventory counts against warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and inventory counting.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
