Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent schedule.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
